Suertes del Marqués Los Pasitos

The 2020 Los Pasitos had a similar vinification as the 2019, full clusters in plastic bins with indigenous yeasts and an élevage of 10 months in two used 500-liter oak barrels. This feels more complete than the 2019 I tasted next to it; it's herbal and floral, volcanic and complex, with good ripeness, and it comes through as quite complete. 1,300 bottles were produced. It was bottled in August 2021.
