Sking Or Queen

The skin-contact white 2021 Sking or Queen was produced with Albillo Real grapes from old vines. It fermented with skins for a month and then matured in stainless steel with lees for eight months. It has a golden color and a classical “orange” nose of yellow fruit, quince paste, pollen and herbs, with 13.5% alcohol and good freshness and acidity. It's pale and has a round texture, with fine tannins and good volume. 6,500 bottles were filled in September 2022.
