Roncús Ribolla Gialla

Unusual and Aromatic

Unusual wine, Ribolla Gialla is not something I'd come accross before. Aromatic, fairly powerful, not too dry, long flavoured and an unusal flavour with an almost resiny taste which grows on one. It has the strength and body to go with a variety of foods. I'd not really drink it on it's own, but with food it works really well, white and lighter meats with stronger flavoured sauces, salumi and hams. Well worth a try if you've not come accross it before.
