The varietal and fruit-driven 2019 Kármán is a blend of 88% Garnacha with 12% Tempranillo from different vineyards along the Cárdenas River. It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and was kept with lees for four months before being bottled. The nose has a very attractive combination of flowers and red fruit and the elegant rusticity of the simple wines from yesteryear. The palate is medium-bodied, but the wine has volume and juicy fruit while keeping balance and acidity. It's long, tasty, thirst-quenching and easy to drink. It has a modern and informal image and style, hoping to reach a younger generation. 60,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2020.
