The ripest of the whites, the 2021 Tempranillo Blanco has a more Mediterranean profile, with 14% alcohol and notes of hay and straw. It has a round palate, ripe flavors and mellow acidity. I tasted a bottle from 2014, and the wine was ready and had developed a lot more complexity and pungent flavors, with some development. 1,137 bottles were filled in April 2022.
